When you install Videna on your Shopify store, we may collect:

• Billing information necessary to process your subscription via Shopify Billing

2.2 Information from Store Customers

Videna is a creator-side tool used by you, the merchant. We do not collect personal information from your store's customers, such as names, email addresses, or payment information.

2.3 Product Data Used to Generate Videos

To generate a video advert, we read the following from the products you select:

• Product titles, descriptions, prices, and tags
• Product images and variant images
• The prompt and creative direction you supply

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the App. If you uninstall the App, we will delete your data within 2 days of receiving Shopify's confirmation of uninstallation, in accordance with Shopify's data deletion requirements.

Generated videos are retained in your account so you can re-download them. You may delete any generated video from within the App at any time, and it will be removed from our storage shortly thereafter.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include:

• Encryption of data in transit using TLS/SSL
• Encrypted storage of generated videos and account data with strict access controls
